How to Apply

Ready to support Buda's Birthday Festival? Follow these simple steps to secure your sponsorship:

Step 1: Choose Your Level

Review our sponsorship tiers and select the level that best fits your organization's goals and budget. Not sure which level is right for you? Contact our sponsorship team for guidance.

Step 2: Submit Your Application

Fill out our online sponsorship form. You'll need to provide:

  • Organization name and contact information

  • Preferred sponsorship level

  • High-resolution logo (for Presenting, Level 1, and Level 2 sponsors)

  • Social media handles

  • Vendor booth requirements

Step 3: Complete Payment

Once your application is approved, you'll receive an invoice with payment instructions. We accept:

  • Credit card payments online

  • Checks made payable to City of Buda
